VINIFICATION: blending of grapes from different plots in controlled temperature vats.
TASTING NOTE: light pale yellow with green highlights. The nose offers delicate notes of white flowers, acacias and citrus fruits which reveals a calcareous soil origin with mineral overtones.
FOOD PAIRING: For aperitif or with delicacy like caviar or lobster.
